Telepresence and Video Conferencing ConnectingYou

For the Belgian telecom provider Telenet, ConnectingYou has designed and installed a unique solution which improves the customer support for Telenet by using videoconferencing.

The solution is called "SmartCare" and is installed in so called SmartSpots. These high-tech shops are focused on smartphones, tablets and mobile services.
To improve the service to the end customer each SmartSpot will have a SmartCare solution where the customer has the possibility to establish a live videoconference session with one of the Telenet callcenter employees.
